Where is Elyse Co. based?

  • We’re proudly based in Perth, Western Australia. All orders ship from here with love and care.

What materials do you use?

  • Our jewellery is primarily made from sterling silver, with most pieces gold-plated. We also offer select designs in silver-coated finishes.

Do you make your own jewellery?

  • We source our designs from trusted makers, handpicking only the best pieces that reflect current trends.

What types of jewellery do you sell?

  • We offer a rotating collection of rings, earrings, bracelets, and necklaces — all curated to reflect the latest styles.

How long will take my order to ship?

  •  Current processing time is stated on the top announcement bar of our website (3-7 business days). Holiday shipping could be delayed by for as long as a week due to high demand. Please check your tracking number for any updates on your package.

Do you ship internationally?

  • Elyse Collection is a family run business located in Australia. Unfortunately, we only ship Australia and New Zealand, for now!

Can I make a change to my order?

  • Yes, if the order has not shipped yet. If you need to make a change to your order, please contact us at 0412 212 571 as soon as possible. Changes are not possible after the order has shipped

What is your return Policy?

  • We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date as stated on the carrier website. All returns will be refunded through store credit only. (For allergic reactions, a refund is given instead of store credit.)

  • All returns must be unworn and sent back in the original packaging.

  • To start a return, please email our support inbox with your order number, name, and what you need help with.

Do you do exchange?

  • At this time we are currently not doing exchanges. If you received a wrong item in your order, please contact our support email to resolve it.
